Our Story

Iron Lady Fitness is a community-focused fitness coaching organization focusing on supporting communities to manage their health and well-being and reducing barriers in health inequalities.

We are delivering physical activity classes, health-related seminars and workshops. Our services are supporting adults, seniors and ethnic minority communities.

Our mission is that ‘health and wellbeing’ should be accessible to all regardless of their age, disabilities and social norms.

Why Communities Work With Us

Our organisation is delivering ‘personalised and tailored’ programmes, which are effective health solutions, whilst understanding and catering for the diverse needs of the people we work with.

We provide services to community centres both private and public organizations. Working with seniors and learning disability adults through meaningful activities and increasing both physical and mental wellbeing by interaction and engagement.

Through our personalised programmes we have helped around 50 organisations that have benefited from more flexible solutions, by using our personal and community focused approach.

Community Involvement

Social value and supporting communities at grassroots are vital at Iron Lady Fitness. We are thrilled to be part of the Advisory Board Panel at Birmingham Adult Education Services; the largest adult’s skills provide in England. Our role and participation ensure we challenge and critically evaluate self-assessments, students learning and quality improvement plans.
