Our services at Iron Lady Fitness are aimed to help people of all backgrounds to best manage their physical and mental health conditions by increasing their activity levels and in doing so, help reduce the burden on the National Health Services.

About Naz

Iron Lady Fitness CIC officially opened its doors in 2024 but our story began a long time ago!

Founder Naz Nureen brings over 20 years of industry experience and a health science background. 

“The most rewarding part for me is working with vulnerable adults, community groups and those from minority backgrounds and seeing those individuals grow in confidence, being inspired and inspiring others as a result of the work we do”.
