The purpose of the Advisory Board is to regularly meet and discuss key decisions made at Iron Lady Fitness and to ensure that we as an organisation continue to best serve our customers achieve long-term success of the C.I.C.
Kevin Bamber – Director
Kevin’s career as Project & Site Management spans over 25 years, overseeing multi-disciplinary projects from Galliford Try and Network Rail. As well as a £4.1 million Northern Rail scheme, where the project won Bronze Award for Best Practice. Kevin’s proficiency also includes employment and HR related issues.
Jordan Pearce – Director
Jordan studied at Birmingham City University and the European University of Cyprus during an ERASMUS exchange. His previous experience covers both academic & clinical laboratories and care facilities. One of Jordan’s greatest achievement is his STEM awards for Engineering at Cardiff University while working with Jaguar Land Rover & Babcock. Currently pursuing full Biomedical Scientist training.
Andrew Broadbent – Business Advisor
Andrew Broadbent is a business professional, acquiring over 24 years’ practice with an extensive history in operating and owning a UK company that delivered ‘Individual Needs Assessments’ in Higher Education for students diagnosed with disabilities (2000-2024). Currently, CEO & Founder of O2 Circuit Training Gym (www.o2circittraning.se) in the north of Sweden. Andrew has exceptional strategic business acumen, a visionary entrepreneur with the ability to identify market opportunities and centred approach to delivering a service.
Farooq Khan – Accounts and Business Advisor
FKA Accountants LTD was established in1995 and specialise in Certified Accountants and Tax Consultations. Farooq supports multiple UK firms and takes immense pride in helping complex businesses with performance strategies and developing sustainability to ensure long term success and development. As a Birmingham businessman Farooq Volunteer’s as a Minister for the Church of Scientology and received commendation from the Lord Mayor of Birmingham for tackling the Covid-19 crisis.
